MIDDLEBURY – The NorthWood Middle School 8th grade girls basketball team lost to host Northridge 29-14 Thursday evening.

Emma Martz led NorthWood with five points.

The quartet of Alana Lehman, Cybil Stillson, Carissa Weaver and Emma Graverson each scored two points and Julia Wingard one point for the Panthers. Lehman also had three rebounds and Graverson three steals for the Panthers.

Julia Mantyla scored 14 points to lead the way for Northridge.

NorthWood is now 8-3 on the season.
