
Norma Jean Miller, 88, Cromwell, passed away at 8:15 p.m., Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at her home. She was born Dec. 22, 1929, in Goshen to Ray and Ruby D. (Olinghouse) Price.
She was a lifetime Noble County area resident and graduated in 1948 from Ligonier High School. She was married on Nov. 21, 1951, in Ligonier, to Kenton D. Miller who preceded her Sept. 24, 2009. She was a homemaker, formerly employed at West Noble High School cafeteria for ten years and assisted her family on the family farms.
She was a member of the Cromwell United Methodist Church, and formerly attended the United Methodist & Nazarene Churches in Ligonier.
She is survived by her daughter, Kenda Miller, Cromwell; son, Randy Miller, Cromwell; six grandchildren: Josh, Laura, Min, Janelle, Jeff and Maria Miller; three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son in law, David Miller, sister, Betty LeMieux, and three brothers: Ed, Robert and Virgil Price.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Friday, Jan. 19, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Cromwell United Methodist Church, 116 W. Orange St, Cromwell, IN 46732 with Rev. Randy Miller and Marilyn Gebert officiating. Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery.
