SYRACUSE — Active smoke alarms alerted the occupant(s) at 105 Pecan St., Syracuse, to a problem in the residence and sent Turkey Creek Fire Territory to the residence.

Initial reports indicate smoke was found in the attic of the home. The fire department was reportedly notified between 6-6:30 a.m.

Firefighters from North Webster Fire Department provided a full assist along with Benton Township Fire Department. Milford Fire Department was put on standby.

No injuries were reported.
