WEST LAFAYETTE — The Tippecanoe County Health Department believes a stomach bug virus that’s been making people sick is linked to a newly opened restaurant.

More than 30 people have reported getting sick with Norovirus after eating at Walt’s Pub & Grill in West Lafayette.

The illness is very contagious. Investigators say the restaurants is cooperating, and taking steps to prevent the virus from spreading.
