WARSAW – Kyle Dawson provided the heroics Wednesday night as the Lakeview Middle School boys basketball teams continued their winning ways.

Dawson hit a free throw with just 1.5 second to play to lift Lakeview to a 47-46 win over Carroll in the 8th grade contest.

Dawson had 15 points and 11 rebounds as the Tigers improved to 12-2.

Judah Simfukwe had 14 points for the winners.

Jaxson Gould had 23 points to pace the Lakeview 7th grade team to a 51-23 victory. Gould also had five assists as the Tigers improved to 11-3.

Tucker Curtis had six points and four steals and Nehemiah Weight had four steals and five assists for Lakeview.
