Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

8:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, North CR 800E, north of East North Road, Syracuse. Driver: Michael D. Cygan, 29, South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Cygan’s vehicle struck two mailboxes. A DWI investigation is being conducted by Syracuse Police Department. Damage up to $5,000.

5:24 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, South CR 250E and East US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Stephanie K. Powell, 40, East Old Road 30, Warsaw, and Shelby P. Allison, 20, North Chauncey Street, Columbia City. Powell’s vehicle collided with Allison’s. Powell was cited for driving while suspended. Damage up to $5,000.

4:42 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, East CR 750N and EMS T34 Lane, Leesburg. Drivers: Alexander B. Fisher, 18, EMS T34 Lane, Leesburg, and Anne M. Mammel, 23, North CR 620E, Syracuse. Fisher’s vehicle slid into Mammel’s. Damage up to $5,000.

9:44 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, South SR 13, north of East CR 1000S, Sidney. Driver: Josiah S. Pattengale, 23, East Old Road 30, Pierceton. Pattengale’s vehicle slid on ice, slide off the roadway and rolled onto its side. Damage up to $10,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:12 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15, North SR 13, north of South Barbie Drive, Pierceton. Driver: Theresa C. Philgren, 43, Monee Manhattan Road, Monee, Ill. Hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
