Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

12:00 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, 4100 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Jordan Edward Stone reported a burglary resulting in the loss of cash and a handgun.
9:14 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 4200 block of Scott Road, Claypool. Involuntary detention of an adult male.
2:36 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2900 block of East Joshua Drive, Warsaw. Elizabeth Goble reported theft of a cellphone.

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 400 block of North Main Street, North Webster. A shoplifting incident was reported by Auto Value related to bayside breeze and cotton candy air fresheners.
