Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

3:55 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, West CR 400N and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Drivers: Tori L. David, 39, West Himes Street, North Webster, and Keith A. Hylek, 46, North SR 23, Grovertown. David failed to yield to Hylek. Hylek’s vehicle caused David’s vehicle to roll and crash into a utility pole. Damages up to $50,000.

11:56 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, North SR 15 and West CR 1350N, Milford. Drivers: Diana Bennett, 57, Academy Plaza, South Bend, and Leisa M. Wiley, 40, Fox Crossing, Edwardsburg, Mich. Bennett’s vehicle rear-ended Wiley’s vehicle at a high speed. Damages up to $50,000.
