Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

8:27 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, South Jefferson Street and East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Driver: John M. Pasley, 51, 9B Road, Plymouth. Pasley’s vehicle ran over a fire hydrant when making a right turn. Damages up to $5,000.

7:18 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, West CR 1350N and North CR 1025W, Nappanee. Driver: Madalynn J. Kritzman, 27, CR 43, Millersburg. Kritzman’s vehicle was struck by a loose horse. Damages up to $10,000.

6:25 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, North Biomet Drive and East Bell Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Kaily M. Hackworth, 20, Nutmeg Meadows Drive, Plymouth, and Charles D. Holbrook, 26, North SR 19, Etna Green. Hackworth’s vehicle rear-ended Holbrook’s vehicle. Damages up to $1,000.

4:09 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, East US 30, west of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Driver: Sherry L. Lopez, 55, East CR 150S, Winimac. Lopez overcorrected her vehicle when it ran off the road causing the vehicle to roll. Damages up to $10,000.

9:06 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 26, East CR 1100N and North CR 300E, Milford. Driver: Ryan A. Lindsey, 24, East Wawasee Lane, Syracuse. Lindsey dosed off and veered his vehicle off the road, striking a guard rail, stop sign and stump. Damages up to $10,000.

11:06 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, East High Street, Warsaw. Driver: Karen L. Tyler, 56, Town Lake Road, Akron. Tyler’s vehicle backed into a parked vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

6:58 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, South First Street, south of East Church Street, Warsaw. Driver: Christina M. Guthrie, 43, North Walnut Street, North Manchester. Guthrie’s vehicle sideswiped a parked car due to being blinded by an oncoming car’s light. Damages up to $10,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:04 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, US 30, east of Springhill Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Jake T. Hurt, 18, East High Street Atwood, Warsaw. Hit a deer. Damages up to $10,000.

5:54 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, SR 15 and Arthur Street, Warsaw. Driver: Phillip M. Shafer, 47, West CR 600N, Warsaw, and Robin L. Hyde, 46, East CR 400S, Warsaw. Shafer’s vehicle side-swiped Hyde’s when turning right from the left lane of SR 15. Shafer is under investigation for an OWI and failure to stop after an accident. Damages up to $10,000.

3:39 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, US 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Driver: David Villa, 25, East Market Street, Warsaw, and Penny K. Kitson, 65, Cherry Street, Warsaw. Villa’s vehicle rear-ended Kitson’s. Damages up to $2,500.

11:36 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, SR 15, south of SR 25, Warsaw. Drivers: Sarah L. Jones, 20, South Valentine Road, Claypool, and Brenda L. Meredith, 66, West CR 900S, Akron. Jones’ vehicle rear-ended Meredith’s. Damages up to $2,500.
