Jordan Riley Kurtz
Jordan Riley Kurtz, 12, of Plymouth, died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017 at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis after a brain aneurysm.
He was born March 7, 2005 in Plymouth to Chris Lamar and Amy (Slabaugh) Kurtz. Jordan’s parents are members of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are his parents, Chris and Amy; sisters, Amanda Jean, Kari Marie, Jenna Kay Kurtz; brother, Ethan Kole Kurtz; grandparents, Christ B. and Christena (Borkholder) Kurtz, Bourbon, John Dale and Rebecca Faye (Yoder) Slabaugh, Bremen; great grandparents, Edwin Jay and Ada Marie (Schwartz) Yoder, Middlebury, Marvin and Katie (Hochstetler) Slabaugh, and Dorothy (Bender) Borkholder, both of Nappanee.
He was preceded in death by great grandfather, Owen Borkholder and aunt, Julie Marie Slabaugh.
Family and friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24, and after 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 25, at the Marlin Miller residence, 5649 SR 331, Bremen, where funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 26. Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate and burial will be in Cedar Road Amish Cemetery.
