Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

6:22 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, South County Farm Road, south of East CR 600S, Claypool. Driver: Tonya S. Kuhl, 41, West CR 350S, Warsaw. Hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.

5:38 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, South SR 25, south of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Driver: Jennifer M. Hume, 39, South CR 780W, Mentone. Hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

4:04 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, North Warner Road, east of East CR 1400N, Syracuse. Driver: Ryan J. Yarian, 38, East Baseline Road, Avilla. Yarian’s vehicle collided with a fallen tree. Damage up to $25,000.

9:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, North CR 750W and West US 30, Atwood. Drivers: Thomas L. Sharp, 69, West Lutes Drive, Warsaw, and Christina A. Haroulakis, 28, West Lake Street, Warsaw. Sharp side-swiped Haroulakis. Damage up to $10,000.

7:32 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, South SR 15, south of West Union Street, Warsaw. Driver: Chelsie Q. Blankenship, 18, East Street, North Manchester. Blankenship’s vehicle went off the road and struck a utility pole. Damage up to $10,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

6:37 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, North Main Street and East First Street, North Webster. Drivers: Tenaya L. Krill, East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, and Linda L. Burch, 70, EMS T15B Lane, Leesburg. Krill’s vehicle side-swiped Burch’s. Damage up to $5,000.

Winona Lake

Officers with Winona Lake Police Department investigate the following accident:

12:41 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, 610 Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Damage was reported to a parked car registered to Peggy S. Rayner, Rockland Road, Muskegon, Mich. Damage up to $5,000.

Marshall

Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

5:51 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, Michigan Road, LaPaz. Driver: Timothy Ousnamer, Plymouth. Ousnamer lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and hit an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll onto its top. Ousnamer was transported to a hospital by LaPaz EMS.

3:14 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, 8000 block Union Road, Plymouth. Police received a report of an alleged gas leak at a residence on Union Road, and found that a vehicle had ran into the side of the building, located in the area, causing damage to the NIPSCO gas meter, gas pipes in the ground, NIPSCO pole and front porch and railing of the residence. The vehicle failed to stop and report the accident and fled the area. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Plymouth Fire and NIPSCO responded.
