Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:27 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, West CR 1350N, east of North CR 600W, Nappanee. Driver: David R. Miller, 20, CR 42, Millersburg. Hit a mailbox. Damage up to $10,000.

11:35 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, East US 30 and North Parker Street. Drivers: Fakhriddin Mamedov, 34, Moss Creek Avenue, Bowling Green, Ky., and Timothy R. Williams, 59, Carl Street, South Bend.  Mamedov’s vehicle rear-ended Williams’s. Damage up to $10,000.

7:24 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, East CR 500N and EMS T8 Lane, Leesburg. Driver: Kenneth J. Hughes, 26, Midsummer Night Court, Fort Wayne. Hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

11:02 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, Armstrong Road, west of North CR 200E, Leesburg. Drivers: Swa Hit, 26, Carterton Drive, Fort Wayne, and Adora Hin, 25, Carterton Drive, Fort Wayne. Hit swerved his vehicle into the rear side of Hin’s. Hin and passenger Oh More, 37, Fort Wayne, were transported by ambulance for complaint of pain. Damage up to $25,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accidents:

9:09 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, North Indiana Avenue, north of East Wood Street, Syracuse. Driver: Unknown and Ashley N. Faulkner, 28, North Workman Drive, Syracuse. An unknown vehicle struck Faulkner’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

7:11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, South Huntington Street, north of South Sycamore Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Ana M. Leiva-Rendon, 66, South CR 800E, Fort Wayne, and Bret A. Berkes, 49, East Seneca Drive, Albion. Leiva-Rendon’s vehicle rear-ended Berkes’s. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:08 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, SR 15, south of Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: CJ Mitchell, East Mulberry Street, Kokomo; Donald E. Eades, West CR 1400N, North Manchester; and Nancy Beeler, 67, Ridgeview Court, Warsaw. Mitchell’s vehicle rear-ended Eades’s which then rear-ended Beeler’s. Damage up to $25,000.

3:02 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, East Union Street, north of Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Matthew A. Shoemaker, 17, Base Line Road, Leesburg, and Madison N. Method, 17, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Shoemaker’s vehicle rear-ended Method’s. Damage up to $5,000.

12:40 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: James H. Cleveland, 72, West Lake Park Drive, Warsaw, and Stephanie V. Hupp, 52, East Church Street, Pierceton. Cleveland’s vehicle traveled in front of Hupp’s and she was unable to avoid a collision. Damage up to $10,000.
