7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, East CR 500N and EMS T8 Lane, Leesburg. Driver: Evangelos Ioannou, 68, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Hit a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

Mentone

Officers with the Mentone Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, SR 25, west of CR 950W, Mentone. Driver: Makaela Richmond, 19, US 31, Plymouth, and Anne M. Stonebruner, 34, South Franklin Street, Mentone. Richmond’s vehicle rear-ended Stonebruner’s. Damages up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:55 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1030 S. Union St., Warsaw. Drivers: Nupur Shukla, 36, Kinney Driver, Warsaw. Shukla’s vehicle backed into a parked car. Damages up to $2,500.

9:21 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, E. Center St., north of N. Harrison St., Warsaw. Drivers: Annalise N. Harstine, 16, Southfield Road, Winona Lake, and Brian K. Tusing, 49, S. SR 13, Pierceton. Harstine failed to yield Tusing. Harstine’s vehicle struck a traffic light pole after colliiding with Tusing. Damages up to $25,000.
