7:57 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, South CR 700W, north of West CR 600S, Burket. Driver: Austin l. Vining, 18, South CR 700W, Mentone, overcorrected his vehicle after veering off the road and struck a fence. Damages up to $2,500.

6:18 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, West CR 400N, north of North CR 200W, Warsaw. Driver: Amy M. Perry, 17, North Prairie Street, Warsaw, struck a deer. Damages up to $10,000.

6:12 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, North SR 15 and West CR 900N, Milford. Drivers: Angela M. Likens, 43, South Union Street, Warsaw, and John S. Mundy, 51, Roy Street, Winona Lake. Likens failed to yield to a stop sign and struck Mundy’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

5:39 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, South County Farm, south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Driver: Rex D. Allen, 60, East CR 550S, Warsaw, struck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, West CR 1200S and South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Driver: Tabatha A. McDonald, 50, West CR 1200S, Silver Lake, struck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

5:16 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, East Main St., east of North Prairie St., Atwood. Drivers: Brittany R. Doll, 34, North Maple Avenue, Warsaw, and Karen L. Long, 57, East Hovey Street, Atwood. Doll’s vehicle rear-ended Long’s. Damages up to $25,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:59 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, East Main Street and North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Christina M. Coffing, 33, South Old SR 13, Pierceton, and Vernon L. Smith, 52, Sumac Lane, North Webster. Coffing’s vehicle rear-ended Smith’s. Damages up to $2,500.

8:12 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, Lake City Highway, west of Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Bruce Bucher, 61, Sterling, Justice, Ill., struck a deer. Damages up to $5,000.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, South Packerton Road, south of Southtown Estates Drive, Winona Lake. Driver: John E. Rife, 62, West CR 350S, Warsaw, veered off the road and struck a mailbox. Damages up to $2,500.
