WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was arrested for fraud after she used a stolen credit card for multiple purchases at Walmart.

Heather Ann Rensberger, 21, 3080 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, is being charged with three counts of fraud, level six felonies, and theft, a class A misdemeanor.
On Aug. 26, a male subject advised an officer with the Warsaw Police Department that someone had used his credit card without his consent. The credit card had been used at the Warsaw Walmart four different days. The subject gave no one consent or permission to use his card. The officer was able to obtain surveillance video and the transactions paperwork from Walmart Loss Prevention.
The video showed Rensberger purchase $100.34 worth of cigarettes, a gift card and cash back on Aug. 6. On Aug. 7, Rensberger used the card to purchase medication and clothing totaling $50.15. On Aug. 8, she used the card to purchase a $1.78 drink. The final purchase was made on Aug. 11, for $79.06 worth of food items.
Rensberger was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail through a warrant on Nov. 6.
