KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a flash flood warning for northeastern Kosciusko County until 2 p.m. Nov. 5.

At 10:55 a.m. trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the  area. At least 6 inches of water was flowing over roads in North Webster. Radar estimates that 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen over the past hour.

Some locations that will experience flooding include: Warsaw, Ligonier, Syracuse, Milford, North Webster, Leesburg, Cromwell, Big Barbee Lake, Irish Lake, Lake Wawasee, Little Chapman Lake, Oswego, Wilmot and James Lake.
