
Arthur L. “Junior” Iden, 83, North Webster, passed away at 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017, at his home. He was born on Feb. 13, 1934 in Cromwell to Ralph and Bandora (Kolberg) Iden.
He was a lifetime Kosciusko County area resident and worked for the Dana Corp. and Weatherhead in Syracuse for over 37 years. He was married on Oct. 12, 1956 at the Cromwell United Methodist Church to Fay Ann Gard who survives. He enjoyed taking care of his yard, sharing his testimony, antique cars & tractors, and loved his cats.
He was a member of the Cromwell United Methodist Church and attended the prayer group at the North Webster Church of God.
He is survived by his wife; his son Jeffrey Iden, North Webster; two daughters: Kathy (Larry) Wilder and Brenda Iden-Parr, both of Indianapolis; three grandchildren: Josh Iden, Krystal Harris and Kari Wilder; two great grandchildren: Rylee Harris and Rowen Harris; sister: Kathryn ‘Patty’ Geiger, Kimmell; sister-in-law: Jan Elliott, Cromwell; many nieces and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Patrick Elliott, stepmother, Arlene Iden.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5 at the Cromwell United Methodist Church, 116 W Orange St, Cromwell with Pastors Marilyn Gebert, Rachael Bales, and Dave Boesenberg officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw. Burial will take place in the Indiana Village cemetery at a later date.
