WARSAW — The annual Spooktakular event was held in downtown Warsaw Friday, Oct. 27, complete with the annual costume contest. The contest was divided into five age categories, as well as a group category for participants of any age. Each category had prizes for most original, funniest and scariest costumes. There were 116 individual participants and six groups competing.
