Marion A. Schipplock, 90, passed away of natural causes, Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at her residence.

Marion was born Aug. 22, 1927 in Starke County to the late Arthur and Marie (Brueggeman) Schipplock.

She graduated from Argos High School in 1946. Marion was a member of the Old Time Religion Tabernacle and the Ironwood United Pentecostal Church, South Bend.

She retired from the Indiana Bell Company after thirty-seven years where she was a telephone operator.

Surviving is a long-time caregiver and family friend; Kevin Schultz of South Bend, one cousin; Marge Beghin, and two second cousins; Carolyn Hunt and Marilyn Klockow.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters; Mary Edle Schipplock and Hermina Schipplock, and a brother; Charles Schipplock.

Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, Oct. 26 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 North Michigan Street with Pastor Kenneth Mendenhall officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. until time of service on Thursday.

Burial will be in the Culver Masonic Cemetery, Culver, Indiana.
