Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

5:49 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, South SR 25, east of South CR 600W, Mentone. Driver: Melissa E. Bullington, 39, South Walnut Street, Mentone, slide off the road due to weather conditions. Damages up to $25,000.

5:12 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, North SR 15, north of West CR 600N, Leesburg. Driver: Ricky A. Mullins, 59, East Douglas Street, Goshen, hit a deer. Damages up to $10,000.

7:27 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, East Old Road 30, east of North CR 300E, Warsaw. Drivers: Aaron D. Bontreger, 27, North CR 450E, Warsaw, and Earl J. McKenzie, 72, Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Bontregar’s vehicle hit a pot hole, shaking the ATV off his trailer. McKenzie’s vehicle struck the ATV. Injured; Denitris L. McKenzie, passenger, 56, Fisher Avenue, Warsaw, complained of chest pain but refused treatment. Damages up to $5,000.

3:13 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, West CR 500N and North Dovewood Trail, Warsaw. William R. Hensley, 35, North CR 400W, Warsaw. A deer struck Hensley’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, West Winona Avenue and South Union Street, Warsaw. Drivers: D.M. Lower, 42, Austin Drive, Warsaw, and Manasi V. Khaire, 28, Collins Drive, Warsaw. Lower’s vehicle rear-ended Khaire’s. Damages up to $2,500.

3:47 p.m Monday, Oct. 23, US 30, west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Brendan A. Warhead, 18, West Park Avenue, Bourbon, Cara M. Long, 44, Rooster Lane, Osceola, and Johnson M. Estep, 34, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Warhead’s vehicle rear-ended Long’s vehicle which was pushed into Estep’s. Damages up to $2,500.

1:59 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 800 South Buffalo St., Warsaw. An unoccupied car rolled down a hill and struck a parked car after being unloaded by a wrecker. Damages up to $5,000.
