Jesse Harold Keith, Jr., 90, Bremen, passed away at 8:45 a.m., Oct. 23, 2017 in Signature Health Care of Bremen.

Jesse was born on May 19, 1927 in South Bend to the late Jesse H. and Antoinette (Geleide) Keith. He is survived by his loving wife, Georgeann; seven children, Janet (Robert) Laffey, Kathie (Bruce) Seal, Lois (Salvador) Flores, Barbara (Joe Griesinger) Keith, Mary (Randy) Hively, Julie (Jim) Smies, and David Keith; and Georgeann’s children, Michael (Kathy) Schnurr, Jean (Mark) Wagner, Barbara (Charles) Schramm, Geriann (Bill) Wohead, Susan Schnurr, Steve Schnurr, Larry (Lora) Schnurr, Mary (Skip) Fanning, Marty (Todd) Zeltwanger. He is also survived by a brother, Thomas Keith and a daughter in law, Kaye Schnurr. Together they have 49 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Colette Keith, who passed in 1992, daughter, Patricia Keith and step son, Tom Schnurr.

Jesse proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He became honorably discharged in 1947. He retired from the former Uniroyal. Jesse was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church and the Bremen V.F.W. He was a longtime board member at the Logan Center and a member of the Uniroyal Retirees Club.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 25 in St. Dominic Catholic Church, 803 W. Bike St., Bremen, IN 46506, with one hour of visiting prior. Burial will take place in Highland Cemetery, South Bend, with full military honors.
