• 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 200 block of East Calhoun Street, Claypool. Ricardo Guadian reported criminal trespass and burglary to a residence.

Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Stephen Mech reported burglary to an office. 
• 6:48 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 6100 block of West CR 600N, Warsaw. Mark Jay Hamman reported theft of medication.
• 9:35 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 8300 block of SR 19, Akron. A female advised she was raped three years ago.
• Midnight Thursday, Oct. 19, 3000 block of Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake. Dixie Taylor reported damage to a fence.
• 12:18 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 100 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. Officers received a report of perjury in Superior Court 3.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 7:32 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Employees at Wilbys reported damage to an air conditioning unit.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:49 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Brittany Hawkins reported a theft of an iPhone.
