SOUTH BEND — Bend police are asking for help locating Alliyah Taber, a 13-year-old who suffers from several medical conditions.

According to her mom, Alliyah takes medication for seizures and has a condition that affects her judgement. Her mother says these seizures can be deadly if she is off her medication for long periods of time.

Alliyah reportedly ran away on Tuesday, October 17, at around 4 p.m.

Police say Alliyah is believed to have been in the area of Bronson and Main or at an address on Maple Street.

Alliyah is described as a 13-year-old of mixed race. She is 5’3” tall and weighs 155 lbs. She has burly hair that was up in a ponytail.

She was wearing khaki pants and a red or white shirt.
