• 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 200 block West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. A male reported a battery in the presence of a child.
• 7:25 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Walmart reported the theft of several items. Value: $88.80.
