SYRACUSE — Wawasee High School will be hosting a fundraising event from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19. The event will be run by the Wawasee Leadership Committee, headed by members Conner Lucas and Nick Lesko.

It will be a broadcast on 93.7 FM The Mix, during which they will advertise a CrowdRise fundraising page under the Wawasee name to which listeners can go to donate any amount of money to help 2017 hurricane victims through the American Red Cross.
