Christopher Lynn Howard, 48, Argos, died at 4:28 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017, at his residence. He had been in declining health the past couple of years. He was born on June 28, 1969 in Plymouth, to Lloyd D. Howard and Phyllis (Hensley) Howard and had lived all of his life in Marshall County, Indiana.

On December 19, 2010 in Argos, Indiana he married Jane (Richard) Howard. Chris worked for Buckeye Aviation, where he was a flight instructor and sales representative. He had traveled the world attending air shows with Buckeye Aviation.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Argos, Indiana and a Licensed Pilot and a member of Ultra Lite Association. He was a member of the Class of 1988 at Argos High School. Chris loved collecting history facts and antiques.

Chris is survived by his wife, Jane; his son, Christopher (fiancée Alyssa Smith) L. Howard II, Mishawaka; his parents: Lloyd and Phyllis Howard, Argos; his sister, Jacqueline Binion, Dowagic, Mich.; brothers: Ralph Howard and Anthony Howard, both of Argos; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a brother: Kenneth Howard.

Friends may visit with the family from 3-7 p.m. Sunday Oct. 8 at the Church of Jesus Christ 15676 Michigan Rd. Argos. Funeral services will follow at noon Monday, Oct. 9 at the church. Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Argos.
