8:48 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 28, West CR 700S, east of South CR 100W, Claypool. Driver: Darlene R. Eherenman, 56, East Main Street, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damages up to $2,500.

Milford

Officers of the Milford Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:21 a.m., Monday, Oct 2, North Henry and West Fourth streets, Milford. Drivers: Carl E. Shearer, 90, Cherokee Ridge, Athens, GA, and Anthony Hershberger, 53, East Cardinal Drive, Syracuse. Shearer failed to yield to Hershberger. Injured; Hershberger complained of pain to his legs and head and was checked out on sight. Damages up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:08 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 27, South McKinley and East Jefferson streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Martha S. Young, 68, Rieder Street, Warsaw, and Filimarie Veach, 38, 311 Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Young failed to yield to Veach. Injured; Veach complained of abdominal pain but refused medical care. Damages up to $25,000.
