WARSAW — As a result of leaves falling early this year, the Oakwood Cemetery staff will begin gathering leaves earlier than usual. Please remove all non-adhered decorations as soon as possible. Urns on foundations/monument bases and saddles (flower arrangements on top of monuments) do not need to be removed. Removed items can be placed back on foundation/monument base when leaf season is over.

Winter/Christmas decorations may be placed after November 15^th. Please do not place wreaths or grave blankets on graves until mowing and leaf season is over, which depends on Mother Nature rather than a calendar date. We are grateful to the friends and family of deceased loved ones who respect the cemetery rules and regulations and, in doing so, participate in making our community’s cemetery a beautiful and safe place to honor our loved ones.
