Leslie (Garza) Luevano, 41, Ligonier, passed away suddenly on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, at her home in Ligonier. She was born on Jan. 12, 1976, to Fernando and Paula M. (Martinez) Garza in Norman, Okla.

Leslie had a lot of talent along with numerous skills. She was considered a super mom and a sports mother. She traveled with all of her children to their practices and their many sports games. Leslie had a special place in her heart for her beloved animals, dog, Bella and cat, Keystone. Such a beautiful soul lost entirely too soon, she will be missed by so many.

Surviving is her husband of 27 years, Jesus J. Luevano; and four children; Jesus Antonio Luevano, Valerie Lynn Luevano, Francisco DE Jesus Luevano, and Fernando Everado Luevano, all residing in Ligonier.

A funeral mass will be held in Mrs. Luevano’s honor at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at St. Patrick’s Church, 300 Ravine Park Dr. Ligonier, IN, 46767. Father Wilson Corzo will officiate. Burial will take place at Oak Park Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received from 4p.m. to 7p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, at Yeager Funeral Home – 1589 Lincolnway South Ligonier, IN 46767.
