Kiara Lynae Miller, 7 weeks, of Leesburg, Ind., died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis from complications since birth.

She was born Oct. 16, 2012, at the Indiana University Medical Center to Kenny and Kaylene (Hochstetler) Miller.

Surviving along with the parents are grandparents: Andy and Rose (Helmuth) Miller and Kenneth and Jolene (Miller) Hochstetler, Nappanee; great-grandfather: Jacob Miller; great-grandmother: Nora Helmuth, and Gilbert Lee (Mary) Miller, all of Nappanee.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at First Brethren Church in Nappanee, until the 4 p.m. service.

The Rev. Tom Schiefer will officiate, and burial will follow at South Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Kiara Miller Memorial Fund.
