KOSCIUSKO — Three subjects were arrested after a two week investigation by Kosciusko County Detectives and the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force into a theft led to a narcotics ring in Kosciusko County.

On Aug. 29, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to a domestic dispute complaint on E. Bucher Drive involving Amy Farmer, 35.  Once Deputies arrived, Amy was arrested for resisting, criminal mischief and arson.  In plain sight was a burnt cargo trailer that was reported stolen.  A search warrant was obtained for the property where other stolen items were located.

On Sept. 5, Scott Farmer, 39, was arrested for outstanding warrants.  When he was interviewed by Kosciusko County Detectives he admitted to stealing the burnt cargo trailer and trading the tools that were inside it for drugs.  Scott also admitted to detectives to stealing three other trailers.

This lead Kosciusko County Detectives to a residence on S. Main St. in Milford where Scott said some of the stolen items would be located.  A search warrant was obtained for this property where stolen items were located along with drug paraphernalia, a small meth lab and some firearms.  Kosciusko County Detectives were assisted on this search warrant by the Milford Police Department, Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Indiana State Police Lab Team.

This also lead the Kosciusko County Sheriff Department to the residence of Allan Foyle, 45, on D6 Lane, Syracuse.  A search warrant was obtained for Allan Foyle’s residence where officers located methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and stolen property.  Foyle was arrested for dealing methamphetamine and possession of stolen property.

The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
