WARSAW — Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that it has promoted Ben A. Rice to Assistant Vice President, Credit Administration Officer.

In this new position, Rice manages a team of credit analysts who support commercial bankers. He also underwrites Small Business Administration loans. He has been at the bank seven years.

Rice attended Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne and graduated with a bachelor of science in business with a finance concentration. Rice also holds a Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association. He is active in the YMCA Corporate Challenge, the Winona Fat and Skinny Tire Festival’s Orthopedic Cup Celebrity Cruiser bike race and the Warsaw Education Foundation’s Community Quiz Bowl. He is a member of the Warsaw Community Public Library’s Board of Trustees.
