Thea E. Winston, 3 weeks, Warsaw, passed away at 5:40 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

She was born July 26, 2017 at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City to William Robert and Amanda Winston (Quiroz).

Thea is survived by her parents, Warsaw; paternal grandparents, Michael (spouse Linda) Winston, Warsaw; maternal grandparents, Luis and (spouse Karla) Quiroz, Warsaw; great maternal grandparents, Janyth Brantley, Kokomo; Larry Krise, Indianapolis; an uncle, Jordan (spouse Kristina) Quiroz; aunts, Carly (spouse Bishop) James, Linda (spouse Justin) Hurt, Charlotte and Alexander Dugas, Ashleah Baker and Lindsay Del Bosque. Preceded by Great Paternal Grandparents.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 27, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, Warsaw.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Pastor Luis Quiroz will be officiating the services.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted to serve the family with arrangements.
