SYRACUSE — A one vehicle accident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4, on EMS D 22 Lane along the western shore of Dewart Lake.

According to reports at the scene, the driver drove through a pothole in the road, causing the Kubota four-wheel ATV he was driving to flip, ejecting him from the vehicle.

The driver was transported to an area hospital by Lutheran EMS. Milford Fire Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Syracuse Police Department also responded to the scene.
