WARSAW — The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club was honored to have 3rd District Congressman Jim Banks as the program speaker at the Aug. 2 meeting. Congressman Banks updated the group on what is currently happening in the both the House and Senate in Washington, D.C., as well as future plans coming out of both chambers that will have an impact on the nation as well as Indiana.

Join the club as a guest on any Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. for the breakfast meeting at the Shrine Building in the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds.  The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club is the No. 1 Optimist Club in the state of Indiana and number six in the world.  It is also the proud recipient of the 2013 Heart of Gold Award presented by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
