AKRON – Everyone got into the act for the Tippecanoe boys basketball team Tuesday night.

Eleven players tallied points in the scorebook as the host Vikings blasted Argos 74-46 in non-conference action.

Junior star Tanner Andrews led the way for Valley with 22 points as the Vikings evened their season mark at 1-1.

Valley raced to a 19-8 lead after the opening period and built a 39-15 halftime lead.

Nick Kindig had 10 points, while Alex Thacker added nine and Chainey Zolman eight for the winners.

Dominic Cataldo scored 12 points and Taylor Ogle added 10 to lead Argos, which falls to 0-2 on the young season.

Valley won the junior varsity contest by a 44-24 final.

Valley (1-1) hosts Knox and Argos (0-2) hosts Winamac Friday night.
