WARSAW — Sgt. David Morales is retiring from the Warsaw Police Department after 27 years of service.

An open house will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Friday, July 21 at the Warsaw Police Department, 2191 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw.
