• 8:12 a.m. Thursday, July 13, 100 block South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Troy D. Gay reported a Sprint account was opened using his name and social security number.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 4:05 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 500 block North Parker Street, Warsaw. Kyle A. Jarrett reported criminal mischief.
• 5:36 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 500 Block West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Shelby L. Jones reported a theft.
