WARSAW — Around 1:05 p.m. today, July 11, an accident occurred on US 30, near Meijer in Warsaw. The accident was a rear-end collision at the traffic light between a red SUV and a black truck.

Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Warsaw Police and Lutheran EMS responded to the accident. There were injuries reported but it is unclear at this time how many people were transported.

Traffic in the westbound lane of US 30 was backed up as the scene was cleared.
