Terry R. George, 52, Nappanee, passed away at 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Elkhart Hospice House, where he was admitted earlier Wednesday evening. 

He was ill for over 20 years from crippling Rheumatoid Arthritis. He was born Sept. 2, 1964 in Elkhart, to Dennis and Patricia (Deisch) George. He was a lifetime area resident. Terry was a 1983 graduate of NorthWood High School. He worked for TNT DJ and Karaoke. He enjoyed watching Nascar and sports on TV 24/7.  He loved all sports. 

Terry is survived by his father, Dennis (Sandy) George, Goshen; sister, Tracey (Darin) Burke, Milford; nieces, Shenyel Housour, Brandie Clarke, Alan (Mindy) Housour; great niece, Sophie Housour; and great nephew, Charles Hunsberger.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia George; and a brother, Todd George.

Family and friends may call from 1-3 p.m., Monday, July 10, 2017, followed by a 3 p.m. funeral service all at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.  Burial will follow in Stony Point Cemetery.
