Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:02 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2501 Walton Blvd, Warsaw. Drivers: Timothy L. Brooks, 58, West Jackson, Bourbon, and Theresa A. Stage, 51, North Lindsay Street, Claypool. Jackson was backing from a parking space when he collided with Stage’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

2:32 p.m. Monday, July 3, 590 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Cassandra J. Fuller, 39, North Happiness Drive, Syracuse. Fuller was driving through Kohl’s parking lot when an unidentified driver backed into her vehicle. The driver of the spoke to Fuller before leaving the scene.  Damage up to $5,000.

3:56 p.m. Monday, July 3, Argonne Road and East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Lindy D. Ramsey, 38, South Country Club Road, Warsaw, and Bryce M. Pequignot, 18, North Lincoln Park, Warsaw. Ramsey was westbound on Jefferson Street. Peguignot was southbound on Argonne Road when he turned west onto Jefferson Street, believing that Ramsey was going to stop due to the light changing to yellow. Ramsey was unable to avoid a collision. Damage up to $10,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:52 p.m. Monday, July 3, East Backwater Road and EMS W26 Lane, North Webster. Drivers: Timothy R. Mock, 62, South State Road 5-57, Pierceton, and Charles D. Riddle, 55, Supreme Court, Pendleton. Riddle was turning around on EMS W27 Lane when he backed out in front of Mock. Damage up to $5,000.
