
WARSAW — It’s been seven years since a Warsaw resident died after her apartment building was set on fire June 15, 2010.
According to police, a moped was set on fire outside of Joan Bernstein Wolferman’s apartment complex, located between Parker Street and US 30. The fire began at approximately 3:30 a.m and spread to the apartment building. Wolferman died from smoke inhalation.
Police say they have had some leads over the last several years, but they have yet to arrest someone for the crime.
