Anna R. Laughlin, 26, South Bend, and formerly of Nappanee passed unexpectedly at 1:05 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend.

She was born on Dec. 26, 1990 in Kosciusko County to Randall and Tammy (Montague) Laughlin.

She worked at Logan Center of South Bend for a short time.

She was a graduate of Northwood High School. She had been a member of the Nappanee Boys and Girls Club. She enjoyed swimming at the Croc Center. She also liked basketball and watching football.

She is survived by her mother, Tammy (James) Bowser, Nappanee; father, Randall (Johnny) Laughlin, Mentone; sister, Kimberly Hanes, Napanee; brother, Marine Jessie Laughlin, California; step-sister, Alishia Graff, Leesburg; step-brother: Andrew Bennett, Warsaw; grandmother, Judy Montague, Akron; grandparents, Jim (Rexeen) Laughlin, Tippecanoe.

Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 p.m. Friday, June 16, at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron. Service will follow at 7 p.m. Rex Laughlin will officiate
