Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

9:31 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, South Scott Street and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Mary E. Grubbs, 82, West Main Street, Warsaw, and Lorne J. Rearick, 79, South Scott Road, Claypool. Grubbs was traveling north on Scott Street and had stopped at a red light. Grubbs stated the vehicle in front of her turned right onto Center Street, causing Grubbs to think the light had turned green. Grubbs proceeded to travel north into the intersection but was struck by Rearick. Damage up to $5,000.

11:16 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, North Buffalo Street and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Driver: Steven D. Shankster, 38, East CR 900S, Claypool. Shankster struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle in a parking lot. Damage up to $2,500.

2:21 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 3318 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Maria L. Hernandez, 43, West Third Street, Ligonier, and Jeffrey L. Ruff, 57, Grace Avenue, Winona Lake. Hernandez was traveling through a parking lot. Hernandez failed to see Ruff traveling through the parking lot a the same time and the two collided. Damage up to $10,000.
