WARSAW -Mike McCulloch won his third straight Warsaw Aqua Mile event this past weekend at Center Lake in Warsaw.

McCulloch set the course record, topping his own mark by one second to claim his third win in the seven years of the event.

Competitors from Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky took part in the one-mile swim through Center Lake. McCulloch is shown with race director Troy Turley in presentation of the champion’s pineapple.

All proceeds go to the Center Lake Conservation Association for the beautification and preservation of Warsaw’s Center Lake. Top finishers from the area included Ann Barker, Ethan Cook, Thaddeus Borchers and Jacob Kissling.
