July 9 — Daven Paul Gasaway, 23, Warsaw, booked for reckless driving, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and theft. Bond: $4,200.
July 10 — Jeffrey K. Prater, 60, 419 W. Third St., Rochester, booked for domestic battery. Released on his own recognizance.
July 9 — Anthony J. Ganshorn, 33, 4598 W. 700N, Leesburg, booked for possession of schedule I, II, III, IV, V controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond $3,000.
