Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

9:51 p.m. Monday, May 22, 400 block of West Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Karen E. Drake reported theft of power and hand tools.
3:07 a.m. Monday, May 22, 900 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. A traffic accident occurred in which one of the drivers was suspended with a prior conviction and gave a false identity statement.
3:31 a.m. Monday, May 22, 500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Employees of El Cielo reported theft of alcohol.
5:35 p.m. Monday, May 22, 400 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Employees at Village Pantry reported theft of a deli sandwich.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

8:34 p.m. Monday, May 22, 8600 block of South CR 600W, Claypool. Tina M. Miller reported an attempted burglary.
1:11 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, 4300 block of North Old Road 15, Warsaw. Kristina M. Hurd reported theft from a vehicle.
