WINONA LAKE —  A retirement reception is being held for Randy Bowman at 1 p.m. on May 24, at the Winona Lake Town Hall.

Bowman has dedicated 30 years to Law Enforcement as a Reserve Officer. He began his career with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, transited to the Pierceton Police Department and finishing his service with the Winona Lake Police Department.
