SYRACUSE — 2017’s 29th Annual Cruisin’ Cuse Car Show drive-in stood in stark contrast to 2016 as rain kept car owners at home for the traditional pre-show festivities on Main St. Friday night. Last year, dozens of classic cars could be seen lining Main Street in downtown Syracuse.

The main event, sponsored by the Wawasee Kiwanis Club, is still scheduled to take place at the Syracuse Community Center on Saturday in spite of expected continued rainfall. The show features over 30 judged classes, and last year’s show had 153 entries.

Registration takes place from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at the community center.
