Two Eagle Scouts Complete Eagle Board Of Review

KOSCIUSKO — Two local Eagle Scouts have recently completed their board of review. 

Eagle Scout Joseph Sunday, Troop 726, chartered by the North Webster United Methodist Church, completed his Board of Review on May 4.  Sunday was interviewed on his experiences in Scouting as well as reviewing his Eagle Scout project where he led others to construct movable targets for the American Legion Junior Shooting Sports program.  Volunteers from the Lincolway District, part of Anthony Wayne Council, BSA conducted the review.  The Eagle Scout Award will be presented after Sunday’s application is processed through the National Office of the Boy Scouts of America.  Pictured L-R are Joe Sunday – Father, Eagle Scout Joseph A Sunday and Shelley Sunday – Mother.

Eagle Scout Taylor Cassell, Troop 729, chartered by the Leesburg Lions Club, also completed his Board of Review on May 4.  Cassell was interviewed on his experiences in Scouting as well as reviewing his Eagle Scout project where he led others to repair a shelter and add benches to the Deniston Resource Area.  Volunteers from the Lincolway District, part of Anthony Wayne Council, BSA conducted the review.  Pictured L-R are Bart Jones – Scoutmaster, Eagle Scout Taylor E Cassell and Lisa Cassell, Mother.
